The traditional working environment is changing. Working from home has become an important part of the new world of work and has changed the perception of the office as a purely work-related place. The office is becoming a place for exchanging ideas, for creative collaboration and for identifying with the company. The Dauphin HumanDesign Group has developed a concept which meets these new requirements. According to Dauphin, the office of the future should be ‘From super private to super social’. It should be a place for concentrated work, creative and cooperative interaction, for identifying with the company and for a sense of unity.

Light and space

The Workheart concept includes various room concepts that are tailored to a flexible working environment and give employees and visitors a holistic feel-good climate. In addition to the room architecture, furnishings, colour, wall and floor design, the right lighting concept also plays an important role.

Wellbeing, productivity and health

Lighting design in New Work Spaces can have a significant influence on the productivity and well-being of employees. Perfectly balanced light not only creates an aesthetically pleasing environment, but also supports psychological health.

Different lighting moods can be used depending on the needs of the employees. Warm, soft light promotes creativity and relaxation, while cooler, brighter light increases concentration. By using intelligent lighting systems, employees can even design their own individual lighting environment according to their own needs. This not only increases satisfaction, but also efficiency.
