Modern working environment
on 2,200 square metres
At STREIT's new company headquarters in Gengenbach, an innovative working environment that combines all the facets of New Work awaits you, in addition to the expanded logistics centre. The new office building extends over two levels and impresses with a large glass façade. Here, STREIT Service & Solution GmbH & Co. KG has also implemented its motto ‘We fight for the better office!’ in its own building. A modern working environment has been created over a total area of 2,200 square metres, harmoniously combining the proven elements of the previous STREIT working environment with the principles of the new working world.
As a specialist in the design and realisation of modern working environments, STREIT has given a great deal of thought to employee motivation, workplace ergonomics and workplace design and has developed holistic solutions. STREIT provides a wide range of consultancy and planning services to support companies on their way to creating the workplace of the future and integrates trends such as New Work, multispace and hybrid working models as well as mobile working into innovative concepts.
FLEXIBLE AND EFFICIENT
OPEN SPACE – COWORKING AREA – MEETING
OR HOME OFFICE
The representative ambience can be emphasised in different ways with luminaires, whether as here, with a combination of angular GIOCO luminaires, flexibly above the meeting point or as a large-dimensioned DOPPIO ring luminaire with direct and indirect light above the cosy lounge area.
The workplaces of the future will consist of a wide range of different zones: meeting areas where, as here at STREIT, a composition of rectangular GIOCO luminaires above the conference table or large, filigree DOPPIO ring luminaires above the workplaces, which can be zoned using curtains, provide optimal lighting.
