OPEN - OFFICE - SOLUTIONS

The listed 1950s building of the Evangelische Bank was redesigned and sustainably converted, while remaining integrated into the existing architecture. Inside, the building's architecture impresses with modern open-office solutions that optimally support new forms of communicative and agile work in the digital age. Generous work surfaces without dividing walls support cross-departmental collaboration. There are also quiet areas with seating and coffee bars, separate meeting rooms and soundproof niches. The new working environments provide the best conditions for the requirements of modern, digital and customer-centred banking. The concept is supported by state-of-the-art energy-efficient technology and an innovative lighting concept that combines light and acoustics.

SUSTAINABLE AND EFFICIENT

The new building is not only convincing because of its architecture, but also because of its sustainable features. In terms of energy, it meets the highest sustainability criteria. Natural materials such as wood and sandstone emphasise the sustainable character of the building, which strikingly underscores the sustainability profile of the Evangelische Bank. Efficiency and cost-effectiveness were also consistently pursued by SATTLER in the lighting design and implementation. The lighting design also focused on a harmonious, multifunctional solution that emphasises the modernised architecture of the building, both inside and out, and creates a feel-good atmosphere for customers and employees alike.

THE SYNERGY OF FORM AND FUNCTION

BAFFEL – Light, acoustics and ambient sensors as a single optical unit. Measuring brightness, detecting motion, controlling light, sensing temperature, measuring humidity. A wide range of measurements are possible with special DALI-2 sensor modules integrated into the luminaires, which are almost invisible. The data collected in the central control unit thus provides access to intelligent control of, for example, light intensity, colour temperature, air conditioning and heating. The prerequisite for a perfect indoor climate.
