DESIGNED IDEA
MONARI HEAD OFFICE, GRONAU – monari is a forward-looking, internationally active fashion label for discerning and fashion-loving women, with over 200 employees, 16 stores, 500 partner areas and a further 2,200 retail partners in 37 countries.
monari designs ideas and expresses heart and passion with its collections – this is also reflected in its head office in Gronau, where space has been created for communication and creativity. With an open space concept and creative architecture, an innovative ambience has been created that welcomes visitors as soon as they enter the spacious, light-flooded foyer that opens up over three floors.
DANCING RINGS
In the foyer of the monari head office, the light-coloured concrete finish combined with black accents speaks a clear, rectangular design language. The lighting sculpture by SATTLER, consisting of six golden SLIM OUT ring luminaires, deliberately contrasts with this – round meets square. It is an eye-catcher with that certain something.
The selected fine surface colours together with the delicate profiling of the rings emphasise the elegant overall impression of this individual chandelier. The asymmetrical arrangement of the suspension fittings allows the light fitting to blend perfectly into the three-storey foyer, where it appears to float in space like dancing rings. The ring lights from the SATTLER SLIM series, which come in diameters of 900 mm, 1240 mm and 1900 mm, are equipped with a colour temperature of 4000 Kelvin.
Just as the female customers of monari enjoy a radiant appearance in their clothes, the chandelier, consisting of the six SLIM-OUT ring luminaires, also radiates outwards. They highlight the golden mean in a special and charming way.
COMBINE AND VARY
The SATTLER portfolio of ring lights offers creative freedom for designing unusual lighting solutions. Whether the delicate SLIM series with a profile only 23 mm wide, the DOPPIO series with direct/indirect light or the CIRCOLO series with a diameter of up to 3500 mm, all luminaires can be perfectly combined in different diameters and suspended at varying heights using almost invisible, flexible wire suspension. Powder-coated surfaces in a range of colours or polished surfaces give the luminaires an exclusive look. Equipped with the latest lighting control technology and high-quality LEDs, the luminaires create striking highlights anywhere they are installed.
